The Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) encourages businesses to adopt digital productivity solutions. The PSG covers sector-specific solutions including the retail, food, logistics, precision engineering, construction, and landscaping industries. Other than sector-specific sector, the Productivity Solutions Grant (PSG) also supports the adoption of a solution that cuts across industries, such as in areas of customer management, financial management, inventory tracking and data analytics.
SMEs must meet the following criteria to be eligible for PSG:
  1. Registered and operating in Singapore.
  2. Have a minimum of 30% local shareholding. Company’s Group annual sales turnover should be not more than S$100 million, OR Company’s Group employment size should be no more than 200 employees
  3. Purchase/lease/subscription of the IT Solutions or equipment must be used in Singapore.
No, it can’t. The equipment or IT solution should only be used by the applicant’s primary entity and not by a related party.
To apply for the PSG, you will have to:
  1. Get a quotation from a PSG-approved vendor.
  2. Prepare your latest financial statement.
  3. Submit your application through the Business Grant Portal (BGP)(just one link). Please remember to have a CorpPass account to transact with the BGP.

Applications are processed about 4-6 weeks from the submission of all required information. Companies are strongly encouraged to submit their applications ahead of time to account for the application outcome and/or processing duration required.
The holding period is one year from the date of final claim disbursement.
Companies can put in more than one PSG application depending on business needs. However, take note that support can only be extended for one package per solution category and deployment location. You cannot apply for the same IT solution to be deployed in the same location.
Each company supported by Enterprise SG is subjected to an annual grant cap of S$30,000 for solutions supported by Enterprise SG, starting on 1 April and ending on 31 March the following year.
Companies that have fully availed of their grant caps will not be eligible for assistance within the validity period of the grant cap. They can apply again in the next cycle when the grant cap is already refreshed. Companies are strongly encouraged to strategize the use of the PSG for their purchase.
As recently announced in the Singapore Budget 2021, the maximum support of 80% has recently been extended and the new ending date to apply is 31 March 2022.
Yes, you can still apply for e-commerce PSG to revamp your existing website, subjected to approval.
To choose the right PSG vendor for your business, you must first have an understanding of your business’ needs and requirements. Thereafter, you will need to research on the various vendors available. It is important to view the vendor’s portfolio, as well as know their experience in providing the solutions before making the decision.
No. The information you have submitted to the PSG must not be different from your quotation. Any modifications must be quoted separately from the PSG package and any amendments to the package must be approved again by the IMDA.
No. Any IT solutions claimable under PSG must be paid after the application date. The application must be made before the signing of the invoice/quotation letter with the solutions provider, payment to the solutions provider and commencement of any work for the project.
Companies are encouraged to submit their claims after they have fully deployed, providing documents to show use of the solution for at least one month.
The following supporting documents are required for a successful PSG claim:
  • Purchase order or signed acceptance of quotation/contract
  • Invoice
  • Screenshots showing the company’s name and name of e-commerce solution
  • License number(s) of software with minimum one-month usage report
  • Receipt or copy of cheque payment
  • Bank statement showing the payment
If your company has completed the claim submission and submitted your GIRO form, funds will be disbursed in up to 14 working days from the date of claim approval.
